Submit Proof Of Spay/Neuter

As per our contract all puppies need to be neutered/spayed by 6 months of age.

You can submit proof by sending me a copy of the neuter/spay certificate or copy of your spay/neuter vet bill. You can send this information to me by any of the 2 ways below.

1) Take clear photo of your proof of spay/neuter certificate or your Receipt and Email it to me

2) Mail it to me in the postal mail. My mailing address is on your neuter/spay contract.
